The easy option for breakfast is to open the cardboard box of breakfast cereal and just add milk, but is this sufficient for meeting our nutritional needs each morning? Nutritional information is changing and dietician's advice is moving more to including protein in all meals with reduced simple carbohydrate sources, i.e. the sugar-rich cereal boxes that are colour coded, and emblazoned with logos indicating they are the best thing since....to start your day.
